Phase 2 Day 18

No loss today at all, I am wondering if I can't do strawberries I ate them last night and the night before and today the scale won't move. I need to mix more HCG tomorrow and I think I am going to go back to 200 as I did 15o this round and my weight loss has been very little. I did 200 the first 7 days and had GREAT results. I got in plenty of water today, here is hoping that the scale becomes my friend once again tomorrow. I will also measure tomorrow, I am not seeing much difference I am hoping that is because I see myself everyday and that the inches have changed. Well thats all for now.
