Phase 2 Day 28

Ok the scale didn't move at all today. I did have a lot of salt yesterday and I am not sure if that is why. I did drink 5 litters of water but the scale didn't move at all. I am hoping tomorrow that the scale is nice to me and moves in the downward direction.
