Ok I took my last shot yesterday today is the first day of the 72 hours without HCG. I am ready for a change of food but also worried about how I will do. I am happy with the weight I have lost and I will do another round in 6-8 weeks.
Total weight loss is: 34.6 lbs not including loading weight, will loading weight 36.5
Weight 319.8 Total weight loss of 36.5
Neck 14 3/4 Down 1 1/4 inches
Upper Bust 45 3/4 Down 6 1/4 inches
Middle Bust 51 Down 4 inches
Lower Bust 43 Down 6 inches
Waist 44 Down 8 inches
Hips 62 1/2 Down 6 1/4 inches
C-Section Line 55 3/4 Down 3 1/4 inches
Thigh 35 1/4 Down 4 3/4 inches
Knee 18 1/4 Down 2 1/2 inches
Ankle 10 1/2 Down 1/2 inch
Upper arm 18 1/2 Down 3 1/2 inches
Elbow 12 1/2 Same
Wrist 7 Down 1/2inch
Total Inches Lost: 46.50

Beth, congratulations on a very successful P2! You have done incredibly well! I just wanted to tell you that you count the day of your last shot as day 1 of the 72 hours... it is 72 hours from the time of the last shot until you can starting eating on P3. So if you took your last injection on Saturday, you should be able to start P3 on Tues morning.
ReplyDeleteAlso, have you checked out Happily Thinner After.com? I am in bootcamp there, which is a place you check in every day with your weight, menu, etc, and if you are having a problem maintaining there are mentors who are very experienced with this protocol who help you figure out how to get it stabilized. I think its very helpful, and nice to know I have somewhere to turn for help if needed. And its totally free.
