Phase 2 Day 20

Today nothing, yes nothing. I am ok with this as I had a great drop yesterday. I have followed protocal all day and got in lots of water. Here is hoping that the scale moves tomorrow in the downward fashion. (I had to clarify to the scale to go down in number)
